Fred joined the Royal Companies in 2007 with more than 33 years of real estate experience. Fred holds a Massachusetts real estate broker’s license and has been a Massachusetts state licensed appraiser. He specializes in income producing properties, estate sales and residential resale listings in Greater Lowell, Lawrence and Haverhill. He is well versed in new construction, condominium and multi-unit complexes and welcomes the challenges that are involved in every real estate transaction with enthusiasm and energy. He has the knowledge and experience to professionally serve many different Buyers and Sellers. He is active in his community and has been involved in state and local politics. He was raised and educated in Greater Lowell, Massachusetts, has a grown daughter and in his spare time enjoys hiking and camping.
