Joyce is a licensed Massachusetts real estate salesperson and a talented and valued associate at Royal. She began her real estate sales career in 2007, then joined Royal in 2009.

She comes to residential real estate with related experience. She is the owner of Casi Belle Interior Designs which is her own interior decorating and home staging business. She has always enjoyed working with people and is well known to provide good service.

She is energetic and focused on your success. Her mission is to provide outstanding service as a real estate professional and to respond quickly and creatively to diverse market needs. She shows innovation and a unique ability to identify opportunities for her clients.

Joyce is a notary, a graduate of The Lee Institute and is an IDA member, a Certified Interior Designer and Home Staging expert. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Northeast Association of Realtors.

A Massachusetts native and a life long resident of the Merrimack Valley, Joyce resides in Methuen with her husband and two children. She’s an active member of the Methuen Garden Club, Interior Design Society and the Sons of Italy social organization where she mentors the Junior Lodge members. She has an avid interest in art, cooking and animal advocacy.
