Ruth Ann first joined Royal in 1984, as a receptionist/secretary. As a valued employee, exhibiting quality skills, an innovative approach to all that she does and consistent good cheer, she soon after became the Administrative Assistant for all of us. You can expect absolute attention to detail and knowledge of real estate transactional procedures to be paramount in all of her efforts. Ruth Ann is licensed by the State of Massachusetts as a Real Estate Broker and has been Royal’s Residential Rental Manager for many years. She handles all the aspects of leasing condominiums, apartments and homes and is an individual who is prepared to attend to all the important details of residential leasing today.
