Licensed and active in the real estate business since 1972, I have been an associate of Royal since 1984. My fields of expertise construction of new single family homes, condominium communities and consist of finding the right home for you.
As the recipient of many local and regional sales awards, I have enjoyed working with all my clients and customers over the years. The awards include the prestigious Northeast Association of Realtors’ Distinguished Services Award in 1999, 2000 and 2001. This award went to the top 10% of Realtors for outstanding accomplishments in both Sales and Listing Categories. I have also been distinguished as The 1st Place Sales Associate at Royal for many years.
My fields of real estate service are extensive. I was an on-site sales agent for one of the Merrimack Valley’s largest condominium project, 165 units, in 1984. For 18 years I worked for a local Methuen builder and developer. My responsibilities included selling and marketing a large subdivision of new single family homes, managing office/apartment complexes and condominium associations.
