Developers can seek a Royal relationship, which is grounded in experience, insight and diligence. We approach each development with varied skills to meet your needs including, yet not limited to, the municipal permit process, feasibility studies, lender proformas, construction financial management, construction and end-loan coordination, marketing and final sell-out reviews. We have worked in many communities and the typical units per site range  from 165 units to as small as 4. Royal’s President, Tina Habeeb, is a former member and local officer of the National Association of Home Builders.


Our goals are to provide quality contract structures and when appropriate, use available tools and consultants for 1031 exchanges, sales and leaseback, installment sales, partial sales to non-profits, etc. We attempt to bring to each opportunity the requisite creative approach that meets the needs of all parties.
